EyeContact Screener

EyeContact Screener

Introduction

EyeContact is a distinct application for managing panellists and inviting those who satisfy specified criteria (such as gender/age quotas) to participate in sensory testing via appointment scheduling. The EyeContact Screener is a questionnaire with filtering questions, including questions regarding allergies. This screener can be linked to an EyeContact project, and the project manager can send emails to the linked panel requesting them to set up appointments. Panelists who fulfill the filtering requirements can make appointments, while those who do not cannot.

Set Up an EyeContact Screener

Step 1. Create a questionnaire in EyeQuestion using the default template "From Scratch Without Design".

Step 2. Add the filtering questions.

Step 3. Go to Settings>Project Settings and enable "Register".

Step 4. Click Questionnaire and add a new screen called "Positive". In that screen add a questiontype named "Callscript (Panelmanagement)". This is a particular question type that ensures that if a panelist meets the filtering criteria, they can schedule an appointment with EyeContact.

Step 5. In the "Positive" screen add conditions (qualifying criteria) and set the default category value to "true" in the standard settings as in the screenshot below.

Step 6. Within the Screen Settings of the screen "Positive" enable "Close Session".

Step 7: Add a new screen called "Negative" with the same question as described in Step 4. The category value of that question should be "false". If the panellist reached the negative screen, they will be unable to schedule an appointment with EyeContact.
Step 8Within the Screen Settings of the screen "Negative" enable "Close Session".
Step 9. Deploy this questionnaire in EyeQuestion.
Step 1. Login as project manager in EyeContact and create a project. Link the screener by clicking dropdown arrow.

Step 2In the EyeContact project, add the panel, schedule timeslots, and modify email templates as needed.
Step 3. Contact the panellist to fill in the screener. Panellists will receive a link to fill in the screener questionnaire created in EyeQuestion. Those who qualify the filtering criteria/s from the EyeQuestion screener will be able to make an appointment in EyeContact.

Panellists who do not qualify will get the following message and will not be able to make an appointment.

NOTE:
  1. The positive and negative screens should have only callscript question and no other questions. The filtering questions should be added before the positive and negative screens.
  2. The positive and negative screens should have close session enabled.
  3. The positive callscript question should have default value "true" and negative screen should have "false".
  4. The "register" project setting should be enabled.
  5. It is important to link this screener first to EyeContact project and then send email.
  6. Panellist should answer the questionnaire using login.
