How Can a Panellist Request Help from Within the Booth

When a sensory or consumer test is conducted at the central facility then it is usually run through the sensory booths. If a panelist has a question then they can request for help by clicking on the "need assistance" tab on the top right corner of a questionnaire. A user needs to make sure "shop help" option is enabled in the questionnaire settings otherwise panelist won't be able to see "need assistance"

By default this option is disabled. It can be enabled in the Layout Settings of a project.



It can be enabled by clicking on the 'Show Help' option.



After this has been done. In the top right corner of the questionnaire a button will be visible that can be clicked if the panelist needs help.



The Project Manager will receive a notification on the monitor screen if a panelist clicks on the need assistance tab. In order to remove "resolve" from the screen click on it.
