How Can I Analyse My Data?
In EyeQuestion there are multiple options to analyze the project data. When you select the Data tab in your project you will find a dropdown menu Analysis:
Auto Reports
Via the option for Auto reports EyeQuestion will analyze the data and create the output in either a default Word, Excel or PowerPoint report, based upon the chosen option.
The excel auto reports are also accessible via the quick action buttons in the project overview. By clicking on the three dotted icon and choosing the Excel Autoreport.
Another option is to mail the default Word auto report to your own email address. This will be sent to the email address that is linked to the users account. (Please make sure you have the correct email address saved in your account.)
If you would like to run a custom Auto report instead of the default one, you need to link the custom autoreport to the project in the Reporting settings:
Now, you can select either the Word, Excel or PowerPoint custom auto report, by clicking on the dropdown menu and select your report. If you have any interest in custom auto reports, please contact our support department:
support@eyequestion.nl NOTE: when the report is set to None, the default report will be printed.
EyeOpenR
From your project you are also able to directly open EyeOpenR and analyze your data. A new tab will open and in here you can choose the analysis that is applicable with the settings of your choice.
You are also able to open EyeOpenR from the quick action buttons in your overview:
Live Data Monitor
Another option to analyze the data is the Live Data Monitor. This option can be opened by clicking on the green magnifier icon.
The Live Data Monitor allows a project manager to quickly view the frequency results of the category questions and means of the line scale questions in a graphical output.
