How to Access EyeOpenR Insight
This guide walks you through signing in to EO Insight for the first time, from your invitation email to a fully configured account.
Step 1: Open your invitation email
You'll receive an email inviting you to EO Insight, with a username and a temporary password.
During your first sign-in, you will create a permanent password and configure two-factor authentication by scanning a QR code with an authenticator app.
If needed, install Google Authenticator from Google Play or the Apple App Store before signing in. Keep the app installed because it generates the code required for future sign-ins.
Step 2: Enter your email address
On the sign-in screen, enter the email address from your invitation and select Next.
Enter the temporary password provided in your invitation email, then select Continue.
Choose a new password that meets the following requirements:
- At least 8 characters
- Includes a number
- Includes a lowercase letter
- Includes an uppercase letter
- Includes a special character
Confirm your new password and select Change password.
To finish setting up your account, scan the QR code with your authenticator app, enter the code it generates, and select Sign in.
Keep the authenticator app installed on your device. You'll need it to generate a code each time you sign in.
