How to Manage Panellists Unsubscription

Introduction

In this article we will explain more about how you can manage panellist unsubscriptions. 

Manage Unsubscribes

Under the panel management tab you can see various options, including "Manage Unsubscribes".

Under the manage unsubscribes tab you can find all the e-mail addresses that unsubscribed. Panellists which are registered with an unsubscribed e-mail are still part of your panellist database, however they will not receive e-mails anymore. It is also possible to add an e-mail to the unsubscription list manually by using the blue button on the right side. Once an e-mail is on this list, the unsubscription is complete.

Re-subscribe

You can re-subscibe e-mail adresses from this list by using the blue "re-subscribe" button. This means that panellists which are registered with a re-subscribed e-mail will receive e-mails again.

Searching for a specific e-mail is done by using the search bar on the right side of the screen. 

NOTE: Being on the unsubscribe list means that the panellists registered with an unsubscribed e-mail address will not receive any e-mails. However, the information of the panellist is not deleted. If you want to delete the panellist definitely, you need to do so via "Manage Panellists" (Panel Management --> Manage Panellists) and delete the panellist there. You can search for the unsubscribed e-mail to find all panellists associated with that e-mail.
