How to Modify Panellist Answers

Sometimes, you might find it necessary to modify or update the answers provided by your panellists for a particular session. This article will guide you through the process of changing the answers of your panelists in EyeQuestion while keeping in mind that sessions collected by panellists with an EyeQuestion account can be modified, but anonymous sessions cannot be modified.

Step 1: Accessing the Data Tab
The first step in modifying panelist answers is to access the Data tab within the EyeQuestion project and click the Sessions Overview. 

Step 2: Editing the Session
In the list of finished sessions, find the one you want to modify click on the "Edit" button associated with that session. 
A pop-up window will appear, displaying various session details and options for editing.

Step 3: Modifying Panelist Answers
  1. On the right side of the pop-up window, you will see a section displaying the answers provided by the panelists for each sample within the session. 
  2. Locate the sample and answer you want to modify within the table. You can scroll through the table to find the relevant data.
  3. Click on the field containing the answer you wish to change. 
  4. After making the necessary changes, type in the new answer you want to record for the panelists. 

Step 4: Saving the New Answer
After editing the answer, locate the "Save" button within the pop-up window.
