Panel Restriction

Panel Restriction

Introduction

Panel Restrictions allow you to filter out panellists based on their past or future appointments or their participation in specific projects. This feature helps you create more targeted panels by excluding panellists who may not be suitable for your current project.

How to Access Panel Restrictions

  1. Navigate to Panel Creation: Go to the panel creation screen as you normally would.
  2. At the bottom of the selection options, you’ll see a new field called "Select Restriction" with a dropdown menu.
  3. Click on the Dropdown: You’ll see the following restriction options:
    1. Exclude Panellists with Past Appointments
    2. Exclude Panellists with Future Appointments
    3. Exclude Panellists from Specific Project Participation

  1. Exclude panellists who participated in any session within the last 30 days.
  2. Exclude those who already have appointments scheduled in the next 7 days.
  3. Exclude panellists who participated in "Beta Testing - Phase 1" to avoid biased feedback.
How to Use Combined Restrictions:
Select "Exclude Panellists with Past Appointments"
  1. Enter 30 in the input box.
  2. This ensures that panellists who participated in any appointment within the last 30 days are excluded.
Select "Exclude Panellists with Future Appointments"
  1. Enter 7 in the input box.
  2. This excludes panellists who have appointments scheduled in the next 7 days, preventing scheduling conflicts.
