This template facilitates panellists' registration in EyeQuestion. It proves beneficial during recruitment by encouraging people to register in EyeQuestion and automatically gathering a significant amount of panellist data, including demographics and panellist categories.
Template Description
The template begins with a welcome screen that prompts panellists to select their preferred language for the questionnaire. Following this, the questionnaire proceeds with a section for gathering personal details, which are automatically integrated into the panellist's profile upon registration. Additionally, the template includes a Contact Details screen, allowing flexibility to adjust the number of answers or phrasing for each question. It's crucial to retain the original question names for accurate registration of panellist information. If desired, a category question type can also be added, with the collected information automatically stored in the panellist's account.
Finally, the template concludes with an end screen featuring a "thank you" message, offering an opportunity to personalize a final message for the panellists.
