Calendar

Calendar

Introduction

The Calendar feature provides a central overview of all projects that have scheduled time slots through the appointment scheduling functionality. Once time slots are created within a project, they automatically appear in the calendar view, allowing users to visualize and manage their scheduled sessions efficiently.
Calendar Views

The calendar supports multiple view configurations to match how you prefer to work:

  • Day view: Displays all appointments for a single day, organized by location in separate columns for easy booth or locatino-level oversight.
  • Work week view: Shows Monday through Friday, giving a focused overview of your working schedule.
  • Full week view: Displays all seven days, useful when appointments are scheduled on weekends.

Switch between views using the view selector in the top-right corner of the calendar.

Appointment Status

Appointments are color-coded based on their current status, for example Booked, making it easy to assess session progress at a glance without opening individual appointments.

Managing Appointments in the Calendar

You can view, edit, and delete appointments directly from the calendar without navigating back to the project.

  • View: Click an appointment to see its details.
  • Edit: Update appointment information, including adjusting the time length by dragging the appointment's edge to extend or shorten it.
  • Delete: Remove an appointment directly from the calendar view.

Calendar Filters

Control what is displayed using the filter options:
  • Show/Hide Projects: Toggle the Projects switch to show or hide projects that have scheduled appointments.
  • Show/Hide Samples (Shelf Life Studies): If your account includes the Shelf Life Module, toggle this option to display or hide samples linked to a shelf life study.
  • Filter by Location: Filter projects by test location. If a location supports multiple languages, the translated location name appears automatically in the user's selected interface language.
