How to use Live Data Monitor

How to use Live Data Monitor

The live data monitor tool allows a project manager to quickly view the frequency results of the category questions and means of the linescale questions in a graphical output using a single click. The purpose of this tool is to immediately view the output of the frequency and means analysis of an active or closed project. If a user wants to view the results of other analysis (except means and frequency) then they can use EyeOpenR or download autoreport.

Live data monitor is available under the export tab of a project.

By default all attributes are selected but a user can modify this filter and include the attributes which should be included in the analysis.

It is also possible to split the results based on questions (for example: age, gender).

If a user would like to view the frequency output of favorite brand based on gender then add the filters as shown below.

The live monitor data will display the output as shown in the screenshot below.

If a user would like to see the product means of a linescale question (for example: overall aroma intensity in this case)  then it is also possible via the live data monitor.

A user can download these outputs in multiple formats: as an image, excel or pdf document.

Things to consider:

1) This tool is available for the project manager.
2) It prints frequency analysis for category questions and means analysis for linescale questions.
3) The tool can be used for deployed, closed and finalized projects.
