Workspace: Distribution Page

Workspace: Distribution Page

Introduction

The Distribution page in EyeQuestion is a powerful tool designed to streamline the management and distribution of questionnaires to panellists. This guide will walk you through the key functionalities available on this page, ensuring you can effectively utilize the software to engage with your panelists and gather valuable insights.

Sending Invitations and Managing Panelists

From the Distribution page, you can send email invitations to your panelists, allowing them to book appointments to participate in your study. This feature ensures that your panelists are informed and can schedule their participation at a convenient time. Additionally, you can set up quotas to control the number of responses and establish rewards to incentivize participation. For more information you can check the following articles:

Essential Test Preparation Files

In this section, you will find all the necessary files for preparing your test, including:
  1. Test Preparation Files: This includes labels you can print directly from your project, utilizing the sample codes from your design. If you have a custom label template, you can contact support at support@eyequestion.nl for include them in your system.
  2. Shipping Labels: These can be printed to facilitate the distribution of physical samples.
  3. Print List and Protocol: This helps in organizing and managing the test logistics.
  4. Shipping List: This ensures you have a comprehensive list of all shipments for your study.
  5. Printing QuestionnairesYou can also print the questionnaire in PDF format from this page, allowing you to have a physical copy for reference or distribution as needed.

Distribution Options

Once your project is deployed, several distribution options become available on the left side settings:
  1. Panel: This feature allows you to check the status and details of the panellist that accessed your questionnaire using a panellist account.
  2. Links: These options are ideal for direct participation invitations. You can send a link directly to the participants, which can also be an anonymous link. When using an anonymous link, panelists do not need an EyeQuestion account to access the questionnaire, but their responses will be stored anonymously, making it impossible to trace their identities.
  3. QR Codes: These can be particularly handy for HUT studies. You can generate QR codes that panelists can scan with their phones. This is useful for taste tests or product evaluations, as you can attach the QR code to the product. The generated QR code PDF will include the project title or, if not provided, the project filename.
  4. Allocating to the Booth: The "Allocate to the Booth" option allows you to allocate your questionnaire to sensory booths, ensuring that the environment is controlled and consistent for all participants.
NOTE:
  1. You can send email invitations to panelists even if the project is not yet deployed.
  2. The options to use links, QR codes, and allocate to booths become available only once the project status is set to deployed.
  3. If your project includes sessions, avoid using Links and QR Codes. Instead, use Email or Allocate to Sensory Booth options. For more information see: https://support.eyequestion.nl/portal/en/kb/articles/how-can-i-run-a-test-accross-multiple-sessions
